The Team Behind the Money
ImpactFlow Now LLC was built by people who have spent their careers accountable for mission-critical programs and public money. Every dollar that moves through this platform is tracked by the same discipline: money in, milestones out, proof on the ground.

Lieutenant Colonel Kursteen N. Champagne, U.S. Army, Ret.
ImpactFlow Now LLC is led by its CEO, Lieutenant Colonel Kursteen N. Champagne (U.S. Army, Ret.), a Service-Disabled Veteran with over two decades of distinguished military service supporting complex defense and acquisition programs. During her 22-year Army career, she held numerous leadership roles across communications, cyber operations, program management, and acquisition within organizations including the Missile Defense Agency, Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, and PEO Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S).
That experience β leading multidisciplinary teams, managing mission-critical programs, and holding programs to real verification β is the strategic foundation that drives ImpactFlow Now's commitment to transparent capital: every project funded on this platform is held to the same standard of disciplined execution and verifiable, on-the-ground impact.
Public money, public proof
Funding records, payout schedules, and monthly statements are published openly β not summarized behind a press release.
Verified before funded
Every initiative is reviewed β and government contract awards checked against the awarding agency β before a single dollar moves.
